Privacy

The app

• Your allergens are health data. They are kept only on your device, protected by the system security measures, and never sent to OpenAI.
• Photos are compressed and are not kept in Sabria's database or in Supabase Storage. They are sent to OpenAI to be analysed; OpenAI may keep the data sent in security logs for up to 30 days, unless required by law.
• The analysis is processed on Supabase servers in the European Union. The account is anonymous: we do not ask for a name, an email address or a phone number to use the app.
• Usage analytics are optional and switched off until you turn them on. They never include your allergens, your profiles or what you scan.
• You can delete the data on your device from Settings, at any time.

This website

• This website uses no cookies, no third-party analytics and no tracking pixels.
• The typefaces are served from this same domain. No request is made to third-party servers when the page loads.
• The hosting provider records requests — IP address, user agent, page requested — for a limited period, in order to run the service and protect it from abuse.
• This website has no forms and collects no data that you enter.

Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to the contact address. As the app account is anonymous and the profiles live on your device, in most cases you do the deletion yourself, directly from Settings.
